Hoang Pham

Hoang Pham began their work experience in 2013 as a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health. They later worked as a Pharmacy Intern at BMC HealthNet Plan in 2014 and at Boston Medical Center (BMC) from 2014 to 2017. During their time at BMC, Hoang also served as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty at St. John's University from 2017 to 2019. They then joined Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. in 2017 as a Post-Doctoral Fellow, eventually progressing to the roles of Manager, Clinical Safety Scientist and Associate Director, Clinical Safety Scientist before leaving in May 2022. From May 2022 onwards, Hoang is currently working as an Associate Director of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance at Sage Therapeutics.

Hoang Pham obtained a Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from Northeastern University, where they studied from 2011 to 2017. In addition to their education, they have also obtained additional certifications. Hoang became a licensed Pharmacist by the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy in October 2017. Furthermore, they obtained certification in Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery from the American Pharmacists Association in November 2015.
