Hani Bakhshaee

Hani Bakhshaee, PhD, currently serves as the Director and Global Value, Access and Pricing Lead at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., with previous roles including Associate Director and Sr. Manager in Corporate Strategy. Hani co-founded and presided over Hope for Children with Cancer from 2005 to 2020, significantly expanding its reach internationally while engaging in impactful collaborations. Hani has held senior specialist positions at L.E.K. Consulting, where responsibilities included revenue forecasting and market analysis, and served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Johns Hopkins University, focusing on bio-research and acoustic studies. Earlier research experience at McGill University involved advanced imaging and fluid dynamics studies. Hani earned a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University and a Master's degree from Isfahan University of Technology.
