Melina Kotrotsou is a Social Media & Digital Expert at Alfa Pastry since June 2023, where responsibilities include creating and executing social media strategies on various platforms and managing community interactions. Previously, Melina worked as a Marketing & Communications Officer at Keywe Business Solutions from October 2020 to July 2023, focusing on digital marketing campaigns, influencer marketing, and event organization. Melina's experience at Europcar Greece includes roles in customer service, sales, and social media coordination from May 2019 to October 2020. An internship at the European Center of Human Rights and Humanitarian Action provided research experience, complemented by a position at the Embassy of Greece in Budapest. Melina gained additional operational experience during a seasonal role at DHL. Education includes an Executive Master of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor’s degree in International, European and Area Studies from Panteion University.
