Tom Monkhouse

Tom Monkhouse is a Systems Engineering Manager at Alfa Financial Software, where since July 2011, responsibilities include managing the Systems Engineering function and providing guidance during incidents and challenging problems. Prior to this role, Tom served as a Technical Operations Engineer, supporting and maintaining a large multi-national network across various operating systems and infrastructures. Tom started their career at Plymouth Pavilions as part of the Format Crew, setting up arenas for diverse events, and completed an industrial placement in Infrastructure Support at Xerox. Tom holds a BSc Hons degree in Computer Systems and Networks from the University of Plymouth, obtained between 2007 and 2011, and attended Dane Court Grammar School from 2000 to 2007.
