Roberta Gelsomino

Roberta Gelsomino is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of the Human Resources Department at Alfa Intes Industria Terapeutica Splendore since March 2022. Prior to this role, Roberta worked at Reliance Consulting Group from September 2021 to March 2022 as an HR Consultant, focusing on recruitment, training needs analysis, and innovative training design.
