Christelle Hugon-Lamic

Christelle HUGON-LAMIC is an experienced professional in management and engineering, currently serving as Manager of Configuration, Data and Change Management at Alfa Laval since August 2019, leading a team focused on product maintenance and tooling. Previously, HUGON-LAMIC held various roles at Alfa Laval, including Manager System Development, overseeing a team of around 30 engineers, and Team Manager System Development. Prior experience includes Continuous Improvement Program Manager and Project/Installation Manager at Royal SMIT Transformers B.V. Additionally, HUGON-LAMIC spent over a decade at Safran Power Units, advancing through roles such as Manager Supply Chain and Project Manager. HUGON-LAMIC holds a Master’s degree in Management of Technology and Innovation from TBS Education and an Engineering degree in Energetic Sciences from INSA Lyon.
