Joe Lawrence

Joe Lawrence has over 30 years of work experience in finance and administration. Joe served as the VP of Finance at Alfa Laval Inc., where they were responsible for all areas of finance for the company's $850 million USA subsidiary. Joe also has significant experience in M&A, including deal negotiation and integration planning and execution. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of VP of Finance & Administration at Alfa Laval Thermal Inc. Joe began their career as an Assistant VP of Asset/Liability Management at Crestar Bank and worked as a Financial Analyst at Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

Joe Lawrence attended the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business from 1980 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. Subsequently, from 1983 to 1986, they pursued an MBA in International Business at Duquesne University. Prior to this, Joe Lawrence earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond between 1979 and 1982. Joe also briefly attended Bethany College in 1978-1979 and completed their high school education at Mount Lebanon HS from 1974 to 1978.
