Maja Myszor

Maja Myszor began their work experience in 2006 as a Trainee at various companies including Prestige European Training Center, Flextronics International, Promen Kft, and Human Matrix Ltd. Maja then joined UPM in 2007 as an SAP HR Solution Expert, where they provided system support and configured SAP HR modules. Maja also served as an IT Manager and Project Manager, leading global HR initiatives and managing a team of experts. Maja later became the Manager of HR Service Solutions & Process, overseeing HR global implementation projects and driving the effectiveness of HRIS solutions. Maja's most recent role was as an SME Workday at Hitachi Energy before joining Alfa Laval as an HRIS Lead in 2022.

Maja Myszor completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania w Warszawie - The Polish Open University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree from The Silesian University of Technology from 2001 to 2006. Maja also received SAP HR Training from SAP Finland in 2007. Maja also holds a certification in PRINCE2 Foundation from APMG-International, which was obtained in 2011. Maja had a brief period of study at Instituto Superior de Línguas e Administração in 2005, but the specific details of the program are not provided.
