Markus Hoffmann

Markus Hoffmann started their work experience in 1998 at Bayer AG as a Laboratory Engineer. Markus then joined Nynas AB in 2009 where they held roles such as Project Manager, Technical Coordinator, and Technical Manager. In 2017, they joined Alfa Laval as a Global Application Manager and later became the Manager of Global Sales. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President and Head of Global Sales at Alfa Laval.

Markus Hoffmann earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Oxford from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science in Applied Polymer Science from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg from 2003 to 2005. Markus also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemistry with Marketing from Reutlingen University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Markus briefly studied Chemistry at Texas Tech University in 2002. In 2005, they briefly pursued Polymer Science at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
