Hiral Shah

Hiral Shah is an experienced professional in the field of medical laboratory science with a strong background in reagent technology and laboratory procedures. Currently serving as a Reagent Technology Project Manager at Alfa Wassermann Diagnostic Technologies since November 2021, Hiral is responsible for the development, verification, and validation of products, instruments, and methods for quality control of reagents and systems. Prior to this role, Hiral worked as a Senior Medical Laboratory Scientist at St. Joseph Wayne Medical Center, performing diagnostic procedures and reporting lab results for over 12 years. Hiral’s earlier experience includes positions as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Saint Michael's Medical Center and a Microbiologist at Urmi Laboratory in India. Hiral holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Sardar Patel University and is a Certified Medical Lab Scientist through ASCP Board of Certification.
