Dhurba Raj Giri is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at ALFAHIM and Golden Tulip Hospitality Group since June 2009, Dhurba Raj Giri has also held positions as Senior Chef De Parties at Abu Dhabi National Hotels Compass ME LLC and Chef at Abu Dhabi Sands Hotel. Earlier experience includes roles as Cold Kitchen In Charge at various Abu Dhabi National Hotels establishments. Dhurba Raj Giri obtained a degree in Food Hygiene from The Royal Institute of Public Health between 2005 and 2006 and is actively seeking new challenges and opportunities in the culinary field.
