Kevin Nichols

Kevin Nichols has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Kevin began their career as a Program Supervisor at Blue Valley Recreation, where they led a team and managed the recruitment, hiring, training, and budgeting of employees for a large recreation program. Kevin then joined FedEx Ground as a Sort Manager and later became a Senior Manager of Operations, overseeing various facets of the operation and leading cross-departmental teams. Kevin also played key roles in site launches and mergers, achieving recognized growth and performance.

Afterwards, Kevin worked at Amazon Logistics as an Operations Manager, spearheading the execution of strategic operational vision and leading a site with over 300 full-time employees. Kevin then joined Fetch Package as a Director of Operations, where they led people, processes, and systems to deliver customer promises in the fast-paced e-commerce final-mile logistics industry. Their responsibilities included directing warehouse activities, optimizing operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Currently, Kevin holds the position of Senior Director of Operations at Alff Co, where they are responsible for driving people and processes development in a hyper-growth company. Their role involves growing on-site and remote teams, expanding self-performing teams and sourcing business partners, and providing expanded service offerings and solutions to both existing and new customers. Leadership and development are key aspects of their responsibilities.

Throughout their career, Kevin has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, operations optimization, and the ability to drive performance outcomes.

Kevin Nichols earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from The University of Kansas in May 2001. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Leadership Principles & Emerging Business Leaders Graduate from FedEx Ground and Tomorrow's Leaders Leadership Institute Graduate from KRPA.
