Jim Blanusha has more than 40 years of experience in the AEC industry, Jim is known for his ability to lead successful strategic growth initiatives.

Calling on his vast experience in consulting engineering, construction administration, and management, Jim spearheads Benesch’s business development efforts, including the planning and execution of tactical business development plans. He plays a key role in securing strategic hires and growing the firm’s national footprint, which has occurred both organically and through several mergers and acquisitions during his tenure. Jim is also highly adept at identifying opportunities and developing strategies with marketing and technical staff to secure high-profile project contracts.
