Ramiro Rodrigues has an extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and information security. Ramiro has held various leadership roles in different companies. In 2000, they worked as a Senior Manager of IT Risk Management at PwC. From 2004 to 2017, they taught as a Teacher for MBA Cyber Security Management at FIAP. Ramiro then served as the Chief Information Security Officer - CISO Latin America at BT Global Services from 2007 to 2015. After that, they worked at Serasa Experian as the Chief Information Security Officer - CISO Latin America from 2015 to 2018. Ramiro later joined Gartner as the Leadership Partner Cyber Security - CISO Advisor from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Cyber Security Director - Latin America at Accenture. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Algar Telecom since 2022.
Ramiro Rodrigues obtained their MBA in Cyber & Information Security Management from FIAP in 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they became certified in various areas including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and information security management. Specifically, they obtained the Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO) certification in 2018, the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification in 2014, the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification in 2008, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2007.
