Francesco Straface

Francesco Straface currently serves as a Junior Legal Counsel at Algebris Investments since December 2023. Previously, Francesco was a Trainee Lawyer at Clifford Chance from August 2021 to October 2023, providing legal advice to corporations and investment funds on cross-border M&A and real estate finance transactions. Francesco started as a Legal Intern at the Corporate Law Academy, advancing to become an Associate, and also held a position as a Legal Intern at Clifford Chance, focusing on case-law and doctrinal research in Corporate Law, Labour Law, and Litigation. Francesco holds a degree from Università Bocconi, with additional studies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and King's College London, and completed secondary education at San Nilo Classical High School.
