Amira Khattab is an experienced professional in Human Resources and organizational development, currently serving as the People & Culture Director for the MENA Region at Alghanim International General Trading & Contracting Co. WLL since January 2023. Amira has previously held leadership roles at several prominent organizations, including Head of Talent Management at Raya CX, Human Resources Director at AstraZeneca, and Human Resources Country Leader at IBM, where strategic HR support and talent management were pivotal. Educational credentials include a Master's of Public Administration with a focus on Organization Development from The American University in Cairo and numerous certifications in assessment and human resources.
