Doug Fullaway

Doug Fullaway is currently an advisor at Algorithmic Intuition. Prior to this, they were the president of FourteenPlus, LLC for 6 years and 3 months. At FourteenPlus, Doug helped investors and operators of senior living businesses get better than average return on investments. Before FourteenPlus, Doug was with RealPage, Inc. for 4 years and 1 month where they held various positions such as VP Senior Living Business Development. Prior to RealPage, Inc., Doug was the President & CEO of Vigilan for 9 years and 2 months. At Vigilan, Doug led the growth of the company providing software for assisted living communities from 20 to over 700 sites serving 50,000 seniors in 49 states. Before Vigilan, Doug was brought into a start-up networking security company called Flatrock, Inc. as the Chairman and CEO where they completed and brought the product to market. Doug raised $3M in additional funds and had repeat sales to 7 enterprise customers and one large OEM in place. After Flatrock, Inc., Doug was an Executive Vice President at Applied Microsystems Corporation for 2 years and 11 months.

Doug Fullaway has a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University. Doug was in the Navy ROTC while they attended Oregon State University.
