Alex Webb is an experienced professional in customer solutions and frontend development, currently serving as the Director of Global Customer Solutions at Algolia since November 2017, where leadership includes a global team of Solutions Architects and Customer Success Engineers. Prior to this role, Alex held multiple positions at Algolia, including Senior Manager and Manager of Solution Architects. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Senior Frontend Developer at Ostmodern, focusing on VoD and OTT solutions, as well as various development and design positions at BREAD Creative, dotMailer, and Stormfront Retail Ltd. Alex holds a Master's degree in Digital Media from the University of Lincoln and a Bachelor's degree in Sound Technology from the University of South Wales.
