Emna Ben Achour is a seasoned Site Reliability Engineering Manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams across various organizations. Currently at Algolia since September 2024, Emna previously managed a team of four at Alkemics (now part of Salsify) from March 2020 to December 2024, focusing on performance management, career growth, and agile project management utilizing technologies such as Azure, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
