Zach Perkins

Zach Perkins is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Algolia since July 2022, Zach focuses on enhancing digital experiences through search-as-a-service solutions. Previously, Zach held the position of Operations Officer - Joint Task Force COVID at the NYS Division of Military and Naval Affairs from March 2020 to June 2022, demonstrating leadership in a critical state response role. Zach's extensive experience in development within the entertainment industry includes senior roles at Meredith Corporation, Lucky 8 TV, NorthSouth Productions, Indigo Films Entertainment Group, Michael Hoff Productions, and HotHouse Productions. Zach holds a BA from UC Santa Barbara and has completed certificates in Data Visualization and Infrastructure Disaster Management from Cambridge Judge Business School and Texas A&M University, respectively.
