Laura Pellegrini

Laura Pellegrini has over 20 years of work experience in accounting and controlling roles within various companies. Laura'smost recent role was as C&R Division Controller at Ali Group S.p.A. since 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Plant Controller at Alcoa Group for 5 years, where they were responsible for plant controlling and accounting departments. Laura also led special projects such as plant strategic planning and implementation of weekly forecasting processes. Before Alcoa Group, Laura worked as a Plant Controller at Fiat Group Automobiles for 2 years, where they managed plant controlling and accounting departments and led projects including backsourcing and insourcing. Laura has also worked as a Plant Controller at Ideal Standard, where they were responsible for plant controlling and led projects on plant strategic planning and productivity. Additionally, Laura has experience as a Commercial Controller at Electrolux Group and has held roles in internal sales and project planning as well as Platform Controller at Electrolux Professional.

Laura Pellegrini's education history includes a mixture of degree programs and workshops. In 1999, they earned a Laurea degree in Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Udine. Following this, in 2001, they attended Campus III at Electrolux Group AB, although the degree obtained from this program is unspecified. In 2004, Laura attended Master Team and completed two programs, one focused on Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, and the other on Coaching for Performance. Finally, in 2014, Laura embarked on an Executive English program at Interlingua, attaining B2 Upper Intermediate proficiency.
