Christel Hiller

Christel Hiller currently serves as the Corporate Innovation and Transformation Manager at Alianza Team®, a position held since November 2019, and has also taken on roles such as Innovation and Transformation Leader and Strategy & Innovation Analyst within the same organization. In addition, Christel has been active in academia since January 2024 as a Docencia in the area of Gestión de innovación at CESA. Prior to these roles, Christel founded BALL Applied Innovation, offering tools for applied innovation to enhance communication, and gained experience as an intern on the Strategy team at Lufthansa AirPlus Servicekarten GmbH. Educational qualifications include a degree in Administración de Negocios Internacionales from Universidad de La Sabana and ongoing studies in the Strategic Innovation Programme at the University of Oxford, alongside previous education in Ingeniería Empresarial at Universidad Francisco Marroquín.
