Jake Ferrin

Jake Ferrin is a seasoned UX design professional with significant experience in various leadership and design roles. Currently serving as the UX Design Lead at Alianza, Inc. since September 2022, Jake previously held positions such as Senior UX Designer at Overstock.com from September 2019 to October 2022, and Senior Product Designer at Pluralsight for a brief period in 2021. Prior to these roles, Jake contributed as a Senior UX Designer at tZERO Group, Inc. and led the UX Design Team at Overstock.com, focusing on enhancing user experience in the cart, checkout, and order confirmation processes. Moreover, Jake co-founded VidSpace and served as a Product Designer from January 2013 to April 2016. Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Brigham Young University, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
