Ali Abroshan

Ali Abroshan has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Ali started their career at Golrang Industrial Group as the Head of HR Development, where they designed and implemented transformative HR development processes. Ali then moved on to MAPNA Group as an HR Development Specialist, focusing on integrating HR systems for enhanced organizational effectiveness. After that, they worked at Setare Aval as a Talent and Development Manager, leading talent acquisition strategies. Ali then joined Snapp! as a People and Organization Development Manager, overseeing learning and development initiatives. Most recently, they worked at Danone as a Talent and Development Manager, aligning talent initiatives with the company's strategies. Currently, they are the HR Director at Alibaba Travels Co.

Ali Abroshan has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior. Ali completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from the University of Tehran between 2015 and 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the same university from 2013 to 2015. Ali received their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Persian Gulf University between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, Ali Abroshan holds the Professional in Human Resources – International™ (PHRi™) certification, which they obtained in January 2020 from the HR Certification Institute.
