Julius Roberts is a seasoned operations and data excellence leader with extensive experience in optimizing logistics and warehousing operations across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Regional SVP for Ops & Data Excellence at Daraz (Alibaba Group), Julius has successfully expanded the data team and enhanced executive engagement through data storytelling. Previous roles at Alibaba included leading projects that significantly reduced logistics costs and establishing efficient operational processes. At Shopee, Julius managed the design and migration of large-scale fulfillment centers, improving order fulfillment capacity. Prior experience at DHL Supply Chain involved team development and process optimization, achieving notable cost reductions. Julius holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Operations Management from Singapore Management University and has also studied at The University of British Columbia.
