Diana Louie Su

Diana Louie Su is a seasoned professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success, Operations and Enablement at ALICE Technologies Inc. since January 2021. Previously, Diana held various roles within the customer success domain at the same company, and prior to that, worked at Industrious managing national projects and overseeing tenant improvements. Diana's extensive experience in construction project management includes a tenure at Suffolk Construction, where major projects such as the 1700 Webster residential tower were completed under budget and on schedule. Diana's expertise is further complemented by valuable roles at Webcor Builders and Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction, as well as internships focused on disaster recovery and engineering research. Diana holds a Master's degree in Construction Engineering & Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
