Juliana Borges has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Juliana started their career as a Coordinator of the RSE department at Emas Jr. Consultoria, where they successfully managed social actions on behalf of the company. Juliana also served as the President Director and later as the Strategy Manager, where they implemented the company's current strategy and ensured the achievement of goals.

After their time at Emas Jr. Consultoria, Juliana joined Votorantim Cimentos as a Trainee, where they gained a deep understanding of the company's operations and developed strategies for serving key retail clients. Juliana also played a significant role in constructing career paths and development journeys for employees.

Following their traineeship, Juliana became a Senior Business Analyst at Votorantim Cimentos. In this role, they supported the definition of goals for the logistics department, redesigned the management model, and organized events and materials to engage and train the team. Juliana successfully implemented the new management methodologies in 82 units across Brazil, positively impacting over 800 employees.

Juliana then ventured into the technology market as a Management Consultant at Renovafix. During their brief tenure, they developed a comprehensive management system that led to a 160% productivity gain and a cost reduction of over 30%.

Most recently, Juliana joined Alice, an innovative healthcare organization in Brazil, as part of the Health Operations team. In this role, they are involved in merging primary healthcare provision with direct-to-consumer health insurance, aligning with Alice's mission of improving health through technology, empathy, transparency, and simplicity.

Juliana Borges has a diverse education history. In 2010, they enrolled at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and pursued a degree in Civil Engineering, a program they completed in 2016. Following this, in 2016, they attended the IEG - Instituto de Engenharia e Gestão for an MBA Jr., focusing on Business Administration and Management. Most recently, in 2022, Juliana Borges began their studies at MBA USP/Esalq, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Data Science and Analytics.
