Matheus Moraes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matheus founded and worked as the Operations Manager at Alice, a healthcare organization in Brazil focused on merging primary healthcare with health insurance. Prior to that, they served as President at 99, a transportation company, and also held the role of Legal, Policy & Communication executive at the same company. Matheus worked as a Legal professional at Moip Pagamentos, a payment solutions company, and as an Associate Lawyer at Perlman Vidigal E Godoy Sociedade De Advogados. Early in their career, they gained experience as a Legal Counsel and Trainee at VLI Logística, a logistics company. Throughout their career, Matheus has demonstrated their expertise in legal affairs and leadership positions.

Matheus Moraes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2017, they attended the Stanford Ignite Program at Stanford University. Additionally, in November 2022, they obtained the certification of Endeavor Entrepreneur from Endeavor.
