Sophia Rotta

Sophia Rotta started their work experience at Decathlon International in 2012 as a Vendedora. In the same year, they also worked at IBM as an Auxiliar Administrativo, focusing on document management, production control, and customer deliveries. Sophia then joined PwC in 2014 as a Consultoria Tributária until 2016. Subsequently, Sophia worked at Mars as a Tax Assistant and Intern from 2016 to 2018. At Ambev, they held multiple roles, including Talent Solution, Income Tax Analyst, Compliance Analyst, and Compliance Specialist from 2018 to 2020. Sophia then joined Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Global Compliance Specialist from December 2020 to July 2021. Currently, they are working at Alice as a Compliance Officer from August 2021.

Sophia Rotta began their education history by obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas. Sophia attended the university from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they also obtained the OAB certification from OAB/SP.

After completing their LLB degree, Sophia pursued further education in the field of compliance. In 2019, they attended FACAMP - Faculdades de Campinas for a course in compliance. The following year, in 2020, they enrolled in a compliance program at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas. Finally, in 2021, they continued their post-graduate studies in compliance at PUC Minas.
