Previously, from April 2021 to March 2022, Shoaib held the position of Cloud Business Head at Microsoft, focusing on cloud business strategy development. Shoaib has extensive experience in cloud solutions, having worked as a Cloud Solution Specialist at Redington Middle East and Africa, where responsibilities included Azure presales and cloud deployments across GCC and Africa. With over nine years of expertise in designing and managing Microsoft Azure and Citrix infrastructure gained from roles including Senior Consultant at Citrix and Directory Services Engineer at Convergys India Pvt India Limited, Shoaib possesses numerous industry certifications, making a significant impact in the technology and cloud sectors. Shoaib obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
