Doug O'Reilly

Doug O'Reilly has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Doug is currently the Vice President of Information Technology at Alight Solutions, where they provide leadership and direction to the IT platforms. Doug is responsible for the Enterprise Architecture team and modernizing the systems.

Prior to this, Doug worked at Uline as the Vice President of Application Development, leading a large team and overseeing the development and operations across various domains. Doug also served as the IT Director of Supply Chain Systems, where they established the Uline LearnIT program and migrated legacy warehouse systems.

Before joining Uline, Doug held multiple roles at Aon Hewitt, including IT Director and Senior Technology Practice Manager II. Doug was responsible for overseeing technology implementation, bridging gaps between business and IT, and developing new standards for the group.

Doug O'Reilly received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University from 1992 to 1997. Doug then attended DePaul University in 1999 for a Computer Career Program. In 2007 to 2008, they obtained a Certificate in Project Management from Boston University.
