Krista Bast

Krista Bast has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Krista began their career at AAI Corporation in 2007, where they served as a Sr. Staff Assistant in the IT department and later transitioned to the role of Contract Specialist. In 2012, they joined BD as a Service Business Analyst before moving to PHH Arval as a Six Sigma Black Belt - Operational Excellence Consultant. In 2014, Krista joined Alight Solutions as a Lead Systems Analyst, and over the years, they progressed to roles such as Sr. Manager and Director, Technology. Krista also held the position of Health Leader before they became the current Director of Products & Solutions at Alight Solutions.

Krista Bast attended Parkville High School from 1999 to 2003. Krista later studied at Elmira College from 2003 to 2007, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Psychology. Krista also holds additional certifications including Certified Project Manager from the Project Management Leadership Group and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the America Society for Quality, both obtained in 2013.
