Rebecca Chaffee

Rebecca Chaffee currently serves as the VP of Strategic Accounts at Alight Solutions, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this, Rebecca held multiple roles at Workday from February 2015 to July 2024, including Regional Sales Director and Planning & Analytics Lead for the East Region. From January 2008 to January 2015, Rebecca was Vice President of Solutions at HighRoads, overseeing solution functions and driving company growth. Earlier experience includes roles at Ceridian as a Solution Consultant and Account Executive, and at PerkinElmer as an HRIS & Payroll Manager. Rebecca’s career in the industry began in 1996 with Ceridian as a Technical Support Specialist. Educational background includes studies at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
