Beth Schmieg

Beth Schmieg has over two decades of experience in various roles within the non-profit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as the Enterprise Accountability Lead at Alight since April 2007, Beth has also held positions as a Relationship Manager and Director of Development Operations & Results within the same organization. Prior to Alight, Beth worked at Fraser as a Development Associate from December 2004 to April 2007 and began their career as a Youth Educator at Community Family Life Services from August 2003 to August 2004. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Concordia College, earned in 2003.
