Srini Kaza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product innovation and advanced development at Align Technology, serving in various leadership roles since 1999, including Vice President of Product Innovation and Senior Director of Emerging Technologies. Kaza has successfully led teams of engineers and scientists to drive technological advancements, develop sophisticated manufacturing processes, and establish future-focused strategies to create competitive advantages. Prior to Align Technology, Kaza worked as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Plynetics Inc. Kaza holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah.
