Brittany Sandoval

Brittany Sandoval has a wealth of experience in the retail industry. Brittany began their career in 2008 as a Store Manager at Bath & Body Works, overseeing teams of 16-40 and managing visual merchandising, inventory, payroll, and schedule optimization. In 2016, they moved to Ulta Beauty as a General Manager, where they were responsible for managing 5 supporting Managers and 4 boutique managers, as well as lowering shrink and growing sales and conversion. In 2019, they became a Store Manager at Starbucks, and in 2020 they began working at Clutter, where they held the positions of Project Manager, Growth Strategy, Retail Project Manager, and Multi Unit Manager with 9 locations, focusing on retail growth, people development, and improving consumer service experience. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Program Manager at Alignable.
