Andrew Schaap

Andrew Schaap has a diverse work experience, starting as a Co-Founder at JAVA and XML Solutions, JANDX, Inc. in 1998. Andrew then moved on to roles at Sterling Data Centers and Digital Realty before becoming CEO & Board Member of Aligned Data Centers in 2017. In 2018, they also became a Founding Board Member at DC Delta. More recently, in 2020, they took on a role as an Advisory Board Member for SMU Lyle School of Engineering's Datacenter Systems Engineering MS Program. Additionally, they have been serving as a STEM Mentor since 2014.

Andrew Schaap completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Finance and Marketing at Cornerstone University from 1992 to 1996. In 2012, they attended the Executive Program in Business Strategy at Harvard University. Currently, they are pursuing a program in Strategic Growth and Capital Markets at Wharton Executive Education, starting in 2022.
