Deborah Frazer

Deborah Frazer has over two decades of experience in compliance, risk management, and internal audit roles. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Compliance & Risk at Aligned, where they focused on sustainability, ethics, and community involvement. Prior to this, they held leadership roles in compliance at companies such as Everlywell, Genomic Health, Genentech, and Novartis. Deborah's extensive background includes positions at Gilead Sciences, PalmSource, and United Online, Inc. Deborah began their career as the Global Director of Information Technology Audit at NOL in 2000.

Deborah Frazer completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Golden Gate University and later obtained an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Additionally, they participated in programs in U.S. Compliance Ethics & Regulation and European Compliance Ethics & Regulation at Seton Hall University School of Law. Deborah holds various certifications including CPA, Certification in Compliance and Ethics (European and U.S.), Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Real Estate Broker.
