Penny Kravcik

Penny Kravcik, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting coordination. Penny is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alignment Health since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PACSUN as a Recruiting Coordinator from December 2021 to August 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Penny held multiple roles at Pacific Dental Services, including Senior Recruiting Coordinator supporting NV, North LA, and South Inland Empire, as well as a Recruiting Coordinator.

Before joining Pacific Dental Services, they worked at SAS Retail Services as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator from September 2016 to December 2018.

Penny's career began in 2015 at Mission Recruiting, LLC, where they served as a Sales Support and HR Assistant from May 2015 to September 2016.

Penny Kravcik, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Chapman University, where they attended from 2012 to 2014. In February 2020, they obtained the SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
