Steve Bradley has over 24 years of work experience in the healthcare and technology industries. Steve currently holds the position of Sr Director Strategic Initiatives at Alignment Healthcare, where they lead with a servant heart and utilizes innovative technology to deliver quality care to members and support providers. Previously, Steve worked as a Solutions Architect at Mediant Health Resources, where they played a role in developing effective solutions. Before that, they founded and served as CEO of Source Direction, a company dedicated to transforming the hiring process. Steve also worked as Principal and Founder of CompuSource Healthcare Consulting, providing executive resources and expertise in TriZetto software implementations. Additionally, they served as a Technical Project Manager at Blue Shield of California, where they successfully implemented the company on the California State Exchange and identified unpaid CMS payments. Earlier in their career, Steve worked as a Technical Project Manager at The TriZetto Group, a Project Manager at CIGNA Healthcare, a Project Manager at TriZetto, a Sr Manager at BearingPoint, and a Requirements Manager at ICG Communications, where they led a team in supporting IT and product rollouts. Steve Bradley has extensive experience with various software systems, including Facets, NetworX pricer, and the Rational tool suite.

Steve Bradley attended Colorado State University from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Steve'sfield of study was Actuarial Science, with minors in Statistics and Finance.
