Toni Horn

Toni Horn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in provider operations and data governance. Currently serving as the Director of Provider Operations at Alignment Health since July 2022, Toni previously held key positions at USAble Life from November 2010 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leadership of data governance programs, enterprise data quality initiatives, and strategic enhancements in project performance management. Notably, Toni developed the Total Health Program in collaboration with partner Blue Plans, integrating health care approaches for improved patient outcomes. Earlier career experiences include roles at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina as Operations Supervisor, overseeing provider and enrollment management, and at Household Finance as an Account Executive, focusing on mortgage and loan sales.
