Joe Yoon

Joe Yoon has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position is Director of Pharmacy at Alignment Health, a role they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, Joe worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at Kindred Healthcare from 2017 to 2022. Joe also served as a Clinical Pharmacist at UnitedHealth Group from 2017 to 2020. Further back, Joe gained experience as a Student Pharmacist at The Everett Clinic from 2014 to 2017, and as a Medicare Star Ratings Summer Intern at Cambia Health Solutions (formerly known as Regence) in 2014. Joe started their career as a Quality Control Analyst at Uni-Caps, LLC from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Joe has volunteer experience in the healthcare field, including working as a Volunteer at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and as a Teacher/Curriculum Developer at EDU Learning Center in 2010-2011. Joe also worked as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Caremark Corporation from 2009 to 2011 and as a Research Assistant at the University of California, San Diego in 2009-2010.

Joe Yoon earned a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacological Chemistry from UC San Diego in 2010. Joe then pursued a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree at the University of Washington from 2013 to 2017.
