Helene Drolet

Helene Drolet has extensive experience in the retail industry, specifically in operations and management roles. Helene is currently the VP Operations Excellence North America at Couche-Tard. Before that, they served as the SVP Operations & GM, Retail at MacEwen Petroleum Inc. Helene also held various positions at Couche-Tard, including Vice President Operations Western Canada and Directrice des opérations.

Prior to their time at Couche-Tard, Drolet worked at Parkland Fuel Corporation as the Directrice de projets opérations and Project Operations Manager. Helene also served as the Coordonatrice de zone at the company. Helene'sresponsibilities at Parkland Fuel Corporation included integrating retail activities, financial analysis, project management, and change management.

Drolet has also held roles at CST Canada Co. as a Superviseure and was the owner of their own business, where they specialized in customer acquisition.
