Mélissa Lessard has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mélissa started their career at Labatt Breweries of Canada in 2007, where they held various roles including Global Management Trainee, Management System Specialist, Sales Representative, and Customer Marketing Manager. In 2011, they transitioned to Couche-Tard and took on roles such as Marketing Director, Merchandising Director, Operations and Supply Chain Director, and Head of Marketing and Merchandising for Canada. Mélissa'smost recent position is Head of North American Marketing at Couche-Tard.

Mélissa Lessard's education history is as follows:

Mélissa completed the NACS women leadership program at Yale School of Management in 2019 and the NACS leadership program at Cornell University in 2017. Prior to that, they attended GAP Partnership in 2015, where they studied "The Complete Skilled Negotiator."

In 2013 and 2014, Mélissa pursued a Certification en leadership et habiletés de gestion (Certification in leadership and management skills) at Institut du leadership en gestion. Mélissa'sfield of study in this program was management.

Mélissa's educational journey began in 2004 when they enrolled at Université de Montréal. From 2004 to 2007, they studied communication and earned a Bachelor's degree from the university.
