Tara Bridges

Tara Bridges has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Tara is currently working at Alimera Sciences as the Associate Director of Talent Engagement since August 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Talent Engagement Manager at the same company from January 2019 to August 2021. Before joining Alimera Sciences, Tara worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Alimera Sciences from March 2016 to January 2019.

Tara'sprevious experiences include serving as a Talent Acquisition/HR Generalist at EndoChoice from February 2013 to March 2016, and as a Client Services Manager at Hire Velocity in 2012. Tara also worked as a Field Recruiter at TMX Finance from 2011 to 2012, and as a Recruiting Consultant (Virtual Contractor) at Cornerstone RPO in 2010. Tara's early career includes a role as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at MACTEC Engineering and Consulting from 2007 to 2009.

Tara Bridges holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. Tara completed the "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" certification from LinkedIn in July 2022. In June 2022, they obtained the "Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC)" from AIRS powered by ADP, and in May 2022, they achieved the "Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR)" certification, also from AIRS powered by ADP.
