Ilona Banach

Ilona Banach is currently the Dyrektor Departamentu Strategii Ryzyka, Monitoringu i MiS at Alior Leasing Sp. z o.o. where Ilona is responsible for building and managing credit policy for leasing products. Prior to this role, Ilona worked at Alior Bank S.A. for ten years, holding various managerial positions focused on optimizing credit strategies and supporting sales. Ilona Banach graduated from Jagiellonian University with a degree in Applied Economics. Ilona has a strong background in risk management, sales support, and project optimization.
