Anthony Symoniak is a seasoned Scrum Master with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and team transformation. Currently at ALIPRO since November 2017, Anthony has managed two scrum teams, executed PI Planning sessions, and significantly increased team velocity while mentoring teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Prior experience includes Agile coaching at TEKsystems, transforming over eight teams from Waterfall to Agile, and serving as a Certified Scrum Master and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at CA Technologies, where responsibilities included coaching and quality assurance. Anthony's career began at Accenture as a Quality Engineer, with a solid educational background including a Bachelor of Applied Science from Illinois State University and an Associate of Arts from Joliet Junior College.
