Lisa Fulle

Lisa Fulle has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Head of Finance, Chief Accounting Officer, and Chief Financial Officer at Alitheon since 2017. Previously, Lisa was the Chief Financial Officer at Reliable Parts Holdings & Subsidiaries from 2014 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing accounting, financial reporting, and M&A activities. Lisa held the position of Vice President of Finance at Icicle Seafoods, Inc. from 2013 to 2014, overseeing various financial sectors and implementing process improvements. Prior roles include Vice President and Corporate Controller at American Seafoods from 2006 to 2013, Central Accounting Controller at BCD Travel from 1997 to 2006, General Accounting Manager and Business Unit Controller at Spacelabs Healthcare, and Supervising Senior Auditor at KPMG. Lisa holds a Master's Degree in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
