Ryan Casey

Ryan Casey has extensive work experience in the technology and consulting industry. Ryan began their career in 2001 as a Principal Consultant at ERM Information Solutions, where they worked until 2006. In 2007, they joined Customer Effective as a Solutions Consultant until 2008. In 2008, they co-founded Zero2Ten, a Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner, which was later acquired by Edgewater Technology in 2015. At Zero2Ten, Ryan served as the Managing Director until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as the Vice President at Edgewater Fullscope. Currently, Ryan is the Vice President at Alithya, leading the Customer Engagement (CRM), Digital, and shared support teams.

Ryan Casey attended Truett-McConnell College from 1997 to 1999, studying Theological and Ministerial Studies. Ryan then transferred to the University of North Georgia and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from 1999 to 2001.
