Filippa Eriksson

Filippa Eriksson is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with a robust career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Performance & Technology at AlixPartners since January 2022, Filippa previously held the role of Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Performance Improvement within the same organization. Prior to AlixPartners, Filippa worked at Goldman Sachs in experienced hiring for Global Markets Engineering from January 2020 to January 2022. Filippa's experience also includes over four years at Boston Consulting Group, progressing from Junior Recruiter to Senior Recruiter for DigitalBCG Accelerator System (WESA). Earlier in the career, Filippa was an Associate at BCM Search and a Museum Assistant at Kungl. Hovstaterna. Filippa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Queen Mary University of London between 2012 and 2015.
